During the briefing, officials including the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, DIG, SSP, and representatives from the Irrigation, Health, and Rescue 1122 departments provided detailed updates on the current status and the steps being implemented to protect residents.
Aseefa Bhutto Zardari emphasized the importance of closely monitoring the floodwaters approaching Sindh and stressed that ensuring immediate access to those in critical zones should be prioritized. She also directed the authorities to set up medical camps in the affected areas to facilitate prompt healthcare for displaced families.
The First Lady called for rescue teams to remain on high alert, underscoring the need for swift action to save lives and assist vulnerable communities in the region.
