Islamabad: It is likely that the National Assembly (NA) session will be called on February 29, sources said.
Sources said that according to the ministry of parliamentary affairs President Arif Alivi has not approved the summary so far.
It is must under the Pakistan’s constitution that after the general elections the National Assembly (NA) session must be called within 21 days.
If the ministry doesn’t receives the approved summary from the President then the Ministry it sel will call the NA session.
