KOHLO: Pakistani security forces successfully neutralized five terrorists in Balochistan during an intelligence-led operation.
An ISPR statement revealed that on December 25, 2025, security personnel launched an operation in Kohlu District after intelligence indicated the presence of terrorists affiliated with the Indian proxy group, Fitna al Hindustan.
During the operation, forces engaged the terrorists at their hideout, resulting in an intense firefight and the elimination of five individuals believed to be involved in various terrorist activities in the region. Authorities also recovered weapons, ammunition, and explosives from the terrorists.
Operations are ongoing to clear the area of any remaining threats. The security forces and law enforcement agencies continue their relentless campaign under the national initiative “Azm e Istehkam,” approved by the Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan, to eradicate foreign-sponsored terrorism from the country.
