GAZA: In search of life in the rubble of buildings, Palestinians returned to their destroyed homes in Gaza after the Israeli bombardment stopped, and found five more bodies from the rubble. The number of martyrs has risen to 248, including 66 children. One and a half thousand injured are undergoing treatment. The first joint Security Council resolution on the Israeli-Gaza conflict was issued with the support of the US envoy, calling for full compliance with the ceasefire and urgent immediate assistance to the Palestinians.
