ISLAMABAD: The Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has been appointed as Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan, Notification has issued by cabinet division.
As per detail, Foreign minister Ishaq Dar has been appointed as the deputy prime minister of the country, a notification issued by the cabinet division.
A notification was issued late on Sunday that Ishaq Dar who holds the portfolio of Foreign Minister in Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s s cabinet, would be the country’s “deputy prime minister”.
“Important announcement, foreign minister Ishaq Dar has been appointed as Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs wrote in a post on ‘X’.
Pakistan People’s Party founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Pervaiz Elahi has also served as Deputy Prime Ministers.
