Lahore: Many of Motorway sections has been closed due to heavy fog in different areas of Punjab, Motorway Police told public to take safety measures.
According to the spokesperson of Punjab Motorway Police, Motorway M2 from Lahore to Khanqah Dogra while Motorway M3 from Lahore to Rajana is closed due to fog.
In addition, the Lahore-Sialkot Motorway has been shut down due to foggy conditions, and the M4 Motorway from Gojra to Faisalabad is also closed because of the same weather issue.
According to the Motorway Police, emphasised that the closure of motorways aims to enhance safety and protect both lives and property of motorists. During times of fog, citizens are urged to refrain from unnecessary travel to ensure their safety and the safety of others on the road.
