Dense fog ruled and is forecast to continue ruling most areas of the country- particularly the plain areas of Punjab, Upper Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtwankhwa provinces- over the next twenty four hours.
Rains are forecast for Karachi on Friday or Saturday.
Meanwhile, minimum temperatures recorded at major cities of the country this morning were five centigrade in Lahore, 12 in Karachi, three in Peshawar, and two degree centigrade in Muzaffarabad.
Minus five degree centigrade was recorded in Quetta, minus four in Gilgit, and minus one in Murree.
