ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has embarked for Britain on a two-day official visit where he will participate in Commonwealth, AbbTakk News reported on Tuesday.
Talking to newsmen before leaving for the United Kingdom, Qureshi said that he will be taking part in an extraordinary meeting of the Commonwealth at the invitation of British Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt.
The foreign minister said that he will have opportunity to meet his counterparts of other member states of the Commonwealth on the sidelines of the meeting.
Shah Mehmood said that he will present Pakistan’s report about mandates of 2018, adding that Pakistan will continue playing its due role in the Commonwealth.
