ISLAMABAD: Foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi is likely to pay a visit to China for strategic consultations with the country, sources stated.
Sources added that Foreign minister Qureshi will embark for Beijing China on Sunday (March 17).
Other than consultations with Chinese leadership on strategic affairs, Shah Mehmood will meet his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi, sources said.
Sources also said that steps taken by Pakistan to de-escalate tensions with India and counter intermittent Indian aggression will also come under discussion with the Chinese leadership.
