ISLAMABAD: A special judge of the central court in Islamabad dismissed the bail of Najaf Hamid, the brother of former spy chief Faiz Hamid, in a fraud case on Monday.
Special Judge Central Shah Rukh Arjumand made this decision following a request from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to cancel Najaf’s bail. However, Najaf was not arrested because he was not present in court when the decision was made.
Previously, the court had granted him bail based on a settlement between the parties involved.
