Islamabad: A full court reference has been over the retirement of Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa.
Notice has been issued for the holding of the full court reference.The full court reference will be held on October 25.
All the senior lawyers have been invited including President Supreme Court Bar Association.
October 25th is the last day of Justice Qazi Faez Isa as a Chief Justice.
He was notified as the next Chief Justice of Pakistan on 21 June 2023 by President Arif Alvi.
On 17 September 2023, he had taken oath as the 29th Chief Justice of Pakistan at a ceremony in Aiwan-e-Sadr.
