QUETTA: Funeral prayers for tribal elder Sharif Bugti, a cousin of Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, were held in Quetta,
According to media, Sharif Bugti was a prominent leader and head of the Bugti tribe.
A large number of mourners attended the prayers, including the Balochistan Chief Minister. Members of the Bugti tribe, representatives of other tribes, and people from various cities gathered to pay their final respects. Following the prayers, Sharif Bugti was buried in his ancestral graveyard.
Special prayers were also offered for the late tribal chief Muhammad Sharif.
To express sympathy and offer condolences, the Chief Minister will hold Fateha at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat on December 24 and 25.
