West Indies cricketer Chris Gayle has hailed Pakistan senior test players Misbahul Haq and Younis Khan as role model for the youngsters.
The flamboyant player says that “age does not matter as far as you are fit to play cricket. I am 37 but want to play more cricket.”
In an interview, the West Indies opener commented that Pakistan Super League (PSL) was moving on right track, adding it will require a bit time to become top league of the world.
Gayle was all praise for Pakistan test captain Misbah, saying that when one watches him playing in PSL it comes in mind that age did not have any impact on the players.
He expressed his wishes to play cricket for at least two more years. “I wish to play a farewell test match but will like to entertain my fans in different leagues.”
