Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has announced that the general elections to be held in the last week of January next year.
The country’s election body has issued press release according to which the general elections all across the country will be held next year January’s 2024 last week after complete process of new delimitations under the new census.

As per the census, the delimitations initial lists will be issued on September 27 and final lists will be issued on November 30.
The ECP has also written letters to all chief secretaries of four provinces and chief commissioner Islamabad for the preparations of the general elections.
The ECP has issued code of conduct yesterday.
