Rawalpindi: The indictment against founder PTI and other accused in the May 9 GHQ attack case has been postponed for the fifth time.
According to the details, Amjad Ali Shah judge of ATC Special Court of Rawalpindi heard the case.
Due to the shortening in attendance of culprits the case has been adjourned, while the other accused who appeared allow to go after attendance.
Prosecutor Naveed Malik said, we have complete evidences, nobody can say that GHQ was not attacked.
Naveed Malik has plead that all the evidences are available against accused persons. they are using delayed tactics. Arrest should be ordered by canceling the bail.
The special ATC court adjourned the hearing of the case till December 2, fixing the indictment proceedings for the next hearing.
Apart from founder PTI, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Sheikh Rasheed, Shireen Mazari, Shibli Faraz, Umar Ayub, Zartaj Gul and Raja Basharat are named as 119 accused in the case.
