Islamabad: A 14-year-old girl maid who faced severe torture from a civil judge has been transferred to the Lahore General Hospital (LGH).
The administration of LGH has constituted a board for treatment of the girl.
The Medical Superintendent (MS) of the LGH apprised “A team of doctors are treating the girl adding that the girl wounds have turned ugly shape while her report will be prepared after complete physical examination and tests.” .
According to parents of the girl, the girl was left at Islamabad bus depot yesterday. After seeing the girl the worst injuries, the parent took their daughter to their home town Sargodha.
According to DPO Sargodha Faisal Kamran as per the medical report of DHQ Hospital Sargodha the girl has 15 signs of wounds including at her head besides that her internal organs are also effected.
The DPO apprised that owing to delay in treatment the girl head wounds have insects in it adding that the girl has many signs of deep wounds at her head.
The DPO further apprised that tortured revealed during the treatment in the hospital of Sargodah.
The parents of the girl had sent their daughter as a maid on a house of civil judge Asim Hafeez. The tortured happened in the jurisdiction of Islamabad police station Hamak.
