KARACHI: The price of gold in Pakistan witnessed a sharp decline on Tuesday, falling by Rs8,600 per tola.
As per All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola dropped by Rs.8600 to Rs467,762. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs7,373 to Rs401,030.
In the international market, gold prices fell by $86 per ounce, bringing the rate down to $4,544 per ounce.
Silver prices also registered a decline in the local market, with the price per tola falling by Rs259 to Rs7,894.
