KARACHI: Gold prices experienced a notable surge on Tuesday in both local and international markets, with significant hikes recorded across Pakistan.
Domestically, the price for 10 grams of gold jumped by Rs11,744, while the rate per tola surged by Rs13,700.
As a result of this rise, gold prices reached Rs504,062 per tola, and Rs432,151 for 10 grams.
Similarly, the international market witnessed a substantial increase, with gold prices soaring by $137 to hit $4,813 per ounce.
