Islamabad: Federal government on Tuesday filed petition against three judges of Supreme Court (SC) including Chief Justice (CJ) Justice Umar Atta Bandiyal, Justice Aijaz Ul Ahsan and Justice Muneeb Akhtar.
The federal government in its petition adopted point of view that these three judges including the CJ don’t hear the case of five audio leaks.
The government also insisted that a new bench will be established for hearing cases against the commission formed for investigation of judges audio leaks.
