Government cannot face alone war against corruption, says PM Shehbaz Sharif

Islamabad: Those who misuse power steal the hard-earned income of the people but they have to face the consequences of their actions, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif

In his message on the International Anti-Corruption Day, the Prime Minister said that our young generation deserves a future that is free from corruption, and will continue efforts to establish a transparent society for the coming generations.

Further he said, corruption is a heinous factor, corruption harms the economic development of the country and destroys the social fabric, while corruption and corruption prevent people from enjoying the benefits of fair governance and equal opportunities.

Shehbaz Sharif said, corruption adversely affect the delivery of public services, corruption is a major cause of mistrust between governments and their citizens, abusers of power rob people of their hard-earned income. One has to face the consequences of one’s actions.

Our government is committed to root out corruption at all levels, NAB and other law enforcement agencies are working tirelessly to ensure this, we appreciate the efforts of our agencies and They are with them to eradicate corruption from the society, said PM Shehbaz

He said that the government cannot win the war against corruption alone, the collective efforts of every citizen, community and every institution is needed.
