ISLAMABAD: The government has announced its decision to maintain the prices of petroleum products.
According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, petroleum product prices will remain unchanged for the next 15 days.
The price of petrol will remain at Rs. 248.38 per liter, while the price of high-speed diesel will stay at Rs. 255.14 per liter.
Earlier, there were expectations of an increase of up to Rs. 5.50 per liter in the prices of petroleum products.
It is worth noting that on November 1, the government had increased the price of petrol by Rs. 1.35 per liter and the price of high-speed diesel by Rs. 3.85 per liter.
