ISLAMABAD: Government decided to amend the civil courts ordinance 1962 after the 26th amendment.
According to the details, government has decided another important legislation after the 26th constitutional amendment, the federal government has decided to amend the Civil Courts Ordinance 1962.
National Assembly Civil Courts Amendment Bill 2025 will pass today, under the bill, civil courts will be obliged to deal with the cases immediately.
Under the bill, civil courts will be obliged to deal with the cases in 3 years and the concerned High Courts will have the option of action if they do not deal with the cases within the stipulated period.
National Assembly will approve 105 amendments to the bill.
