PESHAWAR: Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Khan, has refused to sign the summary to summon the budget session.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor has decided not to return the summary sent by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur for convening the budget session.
Regarding this, the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa stated that he has received the summary to call the assembly session for the budget and is currently reviewing it.
He further added that according to the constitution, he is required to sign the summary within 14 days, but he is not obligated to sign it today.
