ISLAMABAD: Federal interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has decided to expand the scope of Islamabad Safe City Project on modern lines.
According to the detail, It was decided to construct a state of the art cricket stadium in Islamabad.The Interior Minister sought the final design of the stadium within ten days.For the smooth flow of traffic at Kashmir Chowk, the construction of a smart underpass was approved.
It was decided to hire renowned companies for the construction of a five-star hotel in Islamabad.The meeting decided to form a special team to hire the services of a solid waste management company.Mohsin Naqvi said operation against encroachments will continue with full force in Islamabad. He said the land recovered from encroachments will be used in the best interest of the public.
The meeting also considered various proposals for the construction of a new convention center in the federal capital.
