Islamabad: Federal Minister for Information and broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry on Sunday informed that Umar Sarfaraz Cheema has been designated new Governor Punjab.
Fawad Chaudhry apprised the development through his social media account on twitter,
عمر سرفراز چیمہ کو نیا گورنر پنجاب مقرر کر دیا گیا ہے

It is pertinent to mention here that the Minister also had announced sacking of the Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar.
