Islamabad: Federal government has called Senate and National Assembly session.
The government has called a session of the Upper House of the parliament and lower house of the parliament on January 22.
Before calling the sessions, Prime Minister Adviser on parliamentary affairs Dr Baber Awan consulted with Prime Minister Imran Khan and they agreed to call the sessions of both the houses of the parliament on the same day.
A written permission was taken from National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) before calling the sessions.
The Senate session has been called at 10 am on January 22 while NA session will be held on 10:30 am on the same day.
Dr Baber Awan commenting on the PDM politics said that the PDM has been rejected on the roads and it should come back to the parliament.
He said that the narrative of political protest of the deceased PDM has been failed in front of masses while he suggested the opposition to play a role for service of the masses instead of creating chaos.
