Islamabad: The federal government has challenged the Islamabad High Court (IHC) verdict in the cipher case in the Supreme Court.
The government adopted the view that the IHC not reviewed the facts in the case while it also annulled the special court.
The high court has not any power to annul the speical court,the government petition reads.
Founding chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan and Judge of Abdul Hasnat have been made respondent in the appeal.
