ISLAMABAD: Federal government has prepared to change the old system of the Central Superior Services (CSS).
The committee intends to propose to the cabinet a transition from the current generalized CSS framework to a specialized cluster-based examination system, with the goal of emphasizing specialization over generalization in the recruitment of Pakistan’s civil service.
There will be only one more meeting of the committee for changes to the compensation and pension scheme, and professionals can be recruited in technical and special cadres.
Additionally, it will be ensured that the candidates’ skills are aligned with the positions assigned to them.
