ISLAMABAD: The government has decided not to file a reference against Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal. The Attorney General said that the Prime Minister has not directed to file a reference against the judge.
Attorney General Khalid Javed said in a statement that the government has decided not to file a reference against Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal.
Attorney General Khalid Javed said that there could be no reference against the court decision but the prosecution has the right to appeal against the court decision.
