ISLAMABAD: The Saudi visa biometric deadline for this year’s Hajj has been extended until February 17, according to the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
A ministry spokesperson said pilgrims can complete the biometric verification process from home using a mobile application.
The service is also available at Saudi Tasheer Centres set up in six major cities.
Pilgrims have been advised to safely keep the receipt or confirmation email issued by the Tasheer Centres after completing the biometric process.
The spokesperson said biometric verification is mandatory for obtaining a Hajj visa and no visa will be issued without completing this requirement.
