ISLAMABAD: The federal government has launched a digital complaint mechanism through the PAK app to help citizens report and monitor issues related to the petrol relief scheme.
The Ministry of IT and Telecom said the facility would allow users to submit complaints concerning difficulties encountered under the fuel relief programme and follow their status online.
To lodge a complaint, users need to open the PAK app and access the Fuel Complaint section. They can then describe the issue and provide information about the petrol station where the problem occurred.
Once the required details have been entered, the complaint can be submitted through the app, while its progress can subsequently be monitored digitally.
Steps to file a fuel complaint
Open the PAK app.
Tap the Fuel Complaint option.
Enter details of the issue faced.
Provide the relevant petrol station information.
Fill in any additional required details and submit the complaint.
Use the app to track the complaint’s status and progress.
