Islamabad: Senator Shrry Rehman, senior leader of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has said that Balochistan and former FATA students have been protesting for 12 days in front of Pakistan Medical Commission Islamabad.

The PPP leader visited site of protesting students, she said that the students have been protesting because their 364 medical college scholarships were taken away by Higher Education Commission.
She criticised that no one from cabinet has spoken to protesting students adding that these students have been asking for months to be allowed to study on existing scholarships, but are being tossed around from department to department.
Sherry Rehamn declaring the government ‘Tabahisarkar’ said” is ruthlessly ignoring their legitimate demands, while smashing institutions like HEC with the hammer of ordinances.”
