Islamabad: Government has speed up its efforts to provide relief in electricity bill as it prepared a plan for consumers using 400 unit.
The interim government has shared the plan with the Internatioanl Monetary Fund (IMF).
The government has included a suggestion to provide consumers a facility for payment of the bills in the plan. According to which consumers will be given facility to pay the electricity bills in installments.
The government has also ensured the international lender for fully following the its agreement.
It is pertinent to mention here that the IMF had approved the loan of 3 billion dollars after 7th review and had given its approval after seven to eight months in July this year.
