Islamabad: Ameer Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman has declared the constitutional amendment as black chapter in the history of the country’s judiciary.
Addressing a presser in Islamabad, Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman said that giving appointment rights to Prime Minister and a parliamentary is tantamount to weakening the judiciary.
The JI chief said that the parliament has more than half who didn’t win the elections.
Whereas he said that he has been holding legal consultation to challenge the 26th amendment.
He said that they were showing happiness as they got a success.
Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman expressed grief that grandson of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto affected the sprit of the constitution.
He claimed that the MQM-P didn’t win any any polling booth out of 22,000.
The efforts to occupy the judiciary have been continued for long time adding that the government has done wrong work and it will be said wrong.
He said that constitutional amendment was carried out in the darkness of the night adding that the constitution was aggreed upon in a difficult circumstances.
The agreed constitution was given complete guarantee of independence while he said that it is regretful the grandson of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and son of Mufti Mahmood violated the constitution.
He said that PDM three once again gathered for buying and selling yesterday while PDM 3 has attacked the judiciary.
He said that the PTI should no take part in any talks regarding the constitutional amendment.
He praised the PTI for boy-catting the voting for the constitutional amendment.
