ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that pilgrims selected under the government Hajj Scheme 2027 can submit their second instalment of dues from October 5 to October 20.
According to a ministry spokesperson, the payment facility will be available through the Pak Hajj App and Digital Hajj Portal during the specified period.
The ministry has advised successful applicants to pay the instalment before the October 20 deadline, warning that applications of pilgrims who fail to make the payment on time will be cancelled.
Any amount deposited by pilgrims whose applications are cancelled will subsequently be refunded to their respective accounts, the ministry said.
The ministry has also made submission of a medical fitness certificate a compulsory requirement before payment of the second instalment.
Selected pilgrims must upload their medical certificate through either the Pak Hajj App or Digital Hajj Portal before completing the payment process.
The ministry urged all successful applicants to complete their documentation, medical certification and payment formalities within the prescribed deadline to avoid cancellation of their Hajj 2027 applications.
