GAZA: Hamas has requested further clarification on several aspects of U.S. President Donald Trump’s 20-point Gaza plan, seeking guidance from Qatari and Egyptian mediators, according to a source within the organization speaking to Al-Arabiya on Wednesday.
The report follows Trump’s deadline of three to four days for Hamas to respond to his proposed framework. The source indicated that Hamas believes it should have the authority to suggest modifications to the plan, similar to the concessions reportedly made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, should he also be permitted to amend the proposal.
