Hamas to release four more Israeli women hostages today

WEB DESK: As per the commitment of Gaza ceasefire, Hamas is ready to release four more women hostages today.

Hamas says, four female Israeli soldiers will be released in Gaza as the second exchange of captives for Palestinian prisoners under the Gaza ceasefire deal is expected later today.

Palestinian Detainees’ Commission said, release of Palestinians under the terms of the deal will begin at 10am local time (08:00 GMT) from Israel’s Ofer Prison.

According to Hamas spokesman, the names of the abducted Israeli army soldier Larry Albag, Kareena Arif, Daniel Gulbawa and Lai Levi are among those released on Saturday.

Israel’s list of Palestinian prisoners is likely to be released soon, with 180 Palestinians being released in exchange.

On the other hand, despite the ceasefire agreement, the Israeli army’s operations against the Palestinians are still underway.

UN has accused Israel of using “war-like” tactics in its military operation in the occupied West Bank’s Jenin city and its refugee camp as the death toll reaches at least 14 people killed by Israeli forces in five days.
