Islamabad: A hearing of contempt of court case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan over threatening to woman additional session judge will be held today.
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) larger bench headed by Chief Justice Athar Minallah will hear the case at 2
:30 pm in afternoon today.
The IHC has called the ex-premier in personal capacity in the hearing. The PTI chairman has declared a show cause notice over the contempt of court as beyond the authority in the reply of the show cause notice yesterday.
Ex premier Imran Khan has also pointed objection over the bench hearing the contempt of court case against him.

Attorney General Ashtar Ausaf will also appear before the court on the orders of the court for assisting it.
Earlier, yesterday (PTI) Chief Imran Khan has offered to take back his words against additional woman judge in a initial reply submitted in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) over the action against him on the contempt of court case.
Imran Khan in his statement said that he don’t believe in hurting feelings of judges, if his words were inappropriate then he ready to withdraw his words.
The former PM insisted the court to review his speech with whole context while he apprised regarding him that he always followed the law and constitution.
Imran Khan prayed the court that withdraw the show-cause notice served to him on the contempt of court.
I
