Heat Wave Intensity Abates From Today In Karachi: Met Office

KARACHI: The intense heat wave that has gripped the metropolis for few days owing to tropic cyclone Vayu far off the western coast is likely to diminish from today (Sunday) evening, according to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).

Met office has predicted that the scorching heat will reduce from today and weather conditions across Karachi will return back to normal from Monday.

Temperature is likely to remain between 33 to 39-degree centigrade throughout the day whereas humidity is expected to be somewhere in the range of 60 to 70 per cent in the morning, Met office predicted.

It is also predicted that breezes are likely to blow from Southeastern and Southwestern regions.
