Lahore: Monsoon rains once again lashed heavily in Lahore which inundated low-lying areas, roads turned in to lake, streets changed in to pounds, water entered in the houses.
The heavy rains also inundated the General Hospital and the Jinnah Hospital after the rains operation were suspended.

On the other hand, Gulsha-e-Ravi recoreded 173 mm rains, Jauhar Town 156, Laxmi Chowk, 152, Nishter Town 151, Pani Wala Talab 141.
Rain related incidents claimed two lives including a child while one was injured. Heavy downpours also lashed in Islamabad.
