Hyderabad: Heavy rains wreaked havoc on Sunday (today) in several cities of Sindh.
Heavy downpours battered in Hyderabad, Mattiari, Shahpur Chakar, Sukkur, Khairpur Shamil after which mountains of Kher Thar inundated while ponds and nullahs of Kacho also witnessed inundation.
The water flow from Gaj pond entered Kacho while several roads went under water. As many as 300 areas connection to Dadu disconnected.
On the other hand, communication system in Mehar completely disrupted while two bodies found from Sukkur Barrage and Khir Thar canal.
