LAHORE: The recent rise in prices of petroleum products has been challenged in the Lahore High Court. Others, including OGRA and the federal government, have been made parties to the petition.
The petitioner has taken the position that the increase in the prices of petroleum products has not been approved by the concerned Cabinet while the increase in the prices of petroleum products has further increased the burden on the people.
The petitioner requested the court to quash the increase in prices of petroleum products.
