New Delhi: In the horrific situation of coronavirus in India holding of T20 world cup in India is in doldrums.
T-20 world cup is shcedule in Oct-Nov 2021 India but continueously worsening situation of the global pandemic in the country has made holding of the event in shambles.
Board of Cricket Control Of India (BCCI) has said that there are six months remaining in the inception of the tournament while we are hopful in the improvement of the virus situation and holding of the event.
The BCCI said that it is constantly in touch with World Governing Body and there is an option available to shift the event to United Arab Emirates.(UAE).
The UAE has been informed to be prepared for the event, the BCCI added.
