WEB DESK: Meteorological Department predicts that, weather will be hot and humid in Karachi over the next 24 hours. The maximum temperature is expected to range between 34 to 36 degrees celsius.
According to the Meteorological Department, most districts across the country are likely to experience summer-like, dry weather, with an increase in temperatures anticipated. Islamabad and its surrounding areas are also expected to remain hot and dry.
Provinces including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan are forecasted to experience extremely hot and dry conditions, leading to a rise in heat intensity.
Conversely, regions such as Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan may see hot and dry weather along with a chance of light rain and thunderstorms, which could somewhat bring relief to those areas.
The Meteorological Department has advised citizens to take precautionary measures in view of the intense heat and to stay hydrated by increasing water intake to stay safe during the hot weather.
