ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecast hot and dry weather in most parts of the country, however, rain is expected at isolated places in Hazara, Rawalpindi divisions, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
The weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country, while very hot in south Punjab and Sindh.
However, dust-thunderstorm/rain occurred at isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, D.I.Khan, Sahiwal, Sargodha divisions, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
The highest maximum temperatures recorded were; Mithi, Jacobabad, Chhor and Labella 43°C, Mirpur Khas and Sh. Benazirabad 42°C, Islamabad and Peshawar 33°C and Lahore 39°C.
