Hot, humid weather expected in most parts of country during next 12 hours

Islamabad: Mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours.

However, rain-thundershowers associated with windstorm and gusty winds are likely at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pothohar region, Islamabad, northeast Punjab, northeast/south Balochistan, southeast Sindh, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.

Temperature of major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad and Muzafarabad twenty-three degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-eight, Karachi thirty-one, Peshawar twenty-nine, Quetta twenty-four, Gilgit and Murree eighteen degree centigrade.

According to weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain, wind and thundershower is expected in Srinagar, Jammu, Shopian and Baramula, while partly cloudy and dry weather in Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag.
