Celebrities and fans have been mourning the death of pop star-turned-preacher Junaid Jamshed, not just in Pakistan but across the border as well.
following the Bollywood star Sophie Choudhry and veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, Mr perfectionist Aamir Khan has reacted to Junaid’s death.
In an interview to local media, Aamir expressed his sorrow over Junaid’s untimely death. “I was sorrowful, when I heard his flight crashed,” he said.
Amir Khan revealed that he met JJ when he went for Hajj with his mother. “I met him when I went for Hajj with my mother, and a few other times and each time I found him to be a noble person,” he said.
“I felt very sad, it was a tragic thing to happen,” he added.
The singer-turned-religious scholar was travelling from Chitral to Islamabad in a PIA aircraft when it crashed near Abbottabad, killing all 48 people on board.
