Karachi: A two-member delegation of International Cricket Council (ICC) on Monday visited Karachi National Stadium for seeing preparations and facilities provided for champions trophy in Pakistan.
The ICC delegation includes Senior Manager event operation Sarah Edgar and Manager Event Operation Aun Zaidi.
The ICC delegation was apprised about security situation about the tournament. The delegation also met with officials of interior ministry and security agencies.
The delegation will visit Qaddafi stadium Lahore tomorrow in second phase of the visit where ICC head of event Chris Tatly will joint the delegation.
On the other hand The delegation will visit Islamabad on Wednesday in the third phase to review arrangement and facilities at Pindi stadium.
