Karachi: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has fined five percent of match fees to Pakistan team over slow over rate against Champions Trophy opener against New Zealand on last Wednesday.
According to the statement issued by the ICC said that the Pakistani team remained behind one over in deputed time for completing the overs.
Match referee for the match Andy Pie Craft imposed fine on Pakistan of five percent match fees.
The five percent match fees cut meant that all the players including the captain five percent of match will be cut.
