ISLAMABAD: Awami Muslim League Chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has said that the decision of Speaker is based on malicious, adding that if Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen were declared ineligible then Assembly will not be operational for a single day.
Talking to media in Islamabad, Sheikh Rasheed said that Speaker Assembly has turned out to be that coin, which has both sides printed with Nawaz Sharif. Sheikh Rasheed appealed Army Chief to save the country, saying that if Army Chief can eliminate corruption from Military, then he can clean it from politics as well.
Sheikh Rasheed said that he is standing side by side with Imran Khan and Tahir-ul-Qadri against rulers, adding that Shahbaz Sharif and Nawaz Sharif will have to respond the allegations, which Dr. Tarhir-ul-Qadri charged on them.
